Beginning 4-H: Central Sierra Virtual 4-H Project
Begins September 9th  This project is now closed
This project is designed to give first year members and parents an overview of the entire 4-H Youth Development Program and how it works.

Cavy: Central Sierra Virtual Cavy 101 Project
Begins September 30th This project is now closed
This project is designed to give members an overview of selecting, owning and caring for cavies.  Having a cavy is not required to participate in the project.

Foods: Central Sierra Cooking 101 Virtual 4-H Project
Begins August 25th This project is now closed
The Cooking 101 project will give youth the opportunity to learn about kitchen basics. This is a beginning cooking class. 

Food - Preservation: Central Sierra Virtual 4-H Project
Begins TBA, early 2021
The Food Preservation project provides opportunities for members to learn safe food preservation; practice techniques in canning, freezing, and drying of foods; and use preserved foods creatively in meals and snacks.

Health and Physical Fitness: Central Sierra Mindful Health Virtual 4-H Project
Begins September 24th This project is now closed
This project is designed to for advanced-level youth who are interested in learning more about mental health, why it is important to overall well-being, and steps that promote more positive understanding and action.

Health and Physical Fitness: Central Sierra Experience Mindfulness Virtual 4-H Project
Begins TBA, early 2021
This project places an emphasis on stress management taught through practical and interactive mindfulness-based activities to facilitate experiential learning.

Home & Personal Management: Central Sierra Money Talks Virtual 4-H Project
Begins August 17th  This project is now closed
This project is designed to teach members about how money works through a series of virtual meetings 1 hour a week for 6 weeks.

Outdoor Adventures: Central Sierra Virtual 4-H Project
Begins August 27th This project is now closed
We live in a beautiful place in the Central Sierras, let us take advantage and get outside! This project will give youth the chance to have some exciting outdoor experiences and learn about the natural world.

2. Enroll into 4-H - 
a. Returning 4-H families – see steps 1 & 2. Projects are listed under your club. http://cecentralsierra.ucanr.edu/4-H_Youth_Development/Joining_4H/Returning_Youth_Members/
OR
b. New 4-H families – see steps 1, 2 & 3. Select your club and if you do not have a club select County Council as your club. http://cecentralsierra.ucanr.edu/4-H_Youth_Development/Joining_4H/New_Youth_Members/
