Summer fruits are nutritious and delicious, but what do I do when my baskets overflow? In this class you will learn about the different preservation methods of summer fruits and the nutrition impact on the different types of preservation methods. We will show you how to properly can, freeze and dehydrate so your bounty will last you through all the seasons. You will also get some great ideas on how to use your summer fruit in creative off-season dishes and as gifts.
