| Master Food Preserver Freezing & Dehydrating Class | Looking for an educational food activity in the Central Sierra foothills this weekend? The Amador/Calaveras Master Food Preservers are leading a free Freezing & Dehydrating class on Saturday, March 16, from 10-Noon at the Amador County GSA Building in Jackson. Learn to make the most of your winter garden, bulk purchases, and leftovers to keep them from spoiling. There is no charge for the class and reservations are not required. Join us at 12200-B Airport Road in Jackson. This class will be repeated on April 6 in San Andreas.
