Learn how to dry, roast, freeze, smoke and store different types of peppers. We will offer suggested uses for different pepper varieties as well as pepper-based spices you can make.
Learn the difference between herbs and spices and when to pick them. We will also teach you how to dehydrate, freeze and store your herbs and spices. We will finish up the day sharing several spice recipes.
