Let's Make A Dill!

Hands-on pickling workshop!

In this workshop you will work side-by-side with our volunteers and make several kinds of pickles, including sauerkraut. You will get individual, step-by-step, attention and learn everything you need to know to make great pickles and relishes at home. You will try 2 processes for canning your pickles using both a water bath canner and a steam canner.
