El Dorado County Classes

Due to the Sand and King Fires we have had to cancel and move some classes. Because canning tomatoes and making pickles are fundamental to home preserving we have managed to re-schedule the classes.

Our FREE public classes will be twice a week, Tuesdays and Saturdays, July through September and Saturdays in October. Download our 2014 schedule and join us.
