- Bring the fruit you want to use (apple, grape, peach, or strawberry); everything else is provided. (Quantities given when registering.)

The El Dorado County Master Food Preservers want to extend a warm thank you to the El Dorado County Fairgrounds and CEO, Jody Gray, for providing us with a building in which to hold all our FREE public classes in safe home food preservation.
