Summer canning season is here!
The UCCE Master Food Preservers of Central Sierra in El Dorado, Amador and Calaveras Counties are leading two classes in June to teach how to safely preserve food using techniques recommended by the National Center for Home Food Preservation and the USDA.
Both classes are free and no reservations are required.
Canning Early Summer Fruits
