Enrollment Help

4-H members and volunteers must complete their own enrollments via computer, using the 4-H Online enrollment system or with a paper enrollment form.

Don't know which club to sign up for?

Please click on your county's 4-H Program page on the menu at the left, then click on "Community Clubs." If you still need assistance, please fill out the "Club Information Request Form," or call your local Program Representative.

1. You must have an email account to register.

Forgot your password?

On the 4-H Online website, click "I forgot my password." An email will be mailed to the email address that was used to set up your account.

Have a new email? Do not create a new profile!

If you have a new email or forgot what you entered last year, call the 4-H Office at 530-621-5503 or see the 4-H Online Enrollment Assistance Form.

Ready to complete your enrollment or re-enrollment?

          Access the 4-H Online website.

Using 4-H Online for the first time? 

          On the 4-H Online website,You must use the button "I need to set up a profile" in order to begin your enrollment.
